At Rinjani Trails, we strive to provide exceptional trekking experiences and customer satisfaction. If your plans change or you are unable to participate in your scheduled trek, we are happy to offer a refund or reschedule your booking under the following conditions:

1. Cancellation by the Customer

• More than 30 days before the trek: You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Between 15 to 30 days before the trek: Cancellations made within this window will be refunded 50% of the total booking amount.
• Less than 15 days before the trek: Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled trek will not be refunded.

2. Rescheduling by the Customer
If you wish to reschedule your trek, we will do our best to accommodate your new dates based on availability. If rescheduling occurs more than 30 days before the trek, no additional fees will apply. For changes within 30 days of the trek, a rescheduling fee of 10% will be applied.

3. Cancellation or Modification by Rinjani Trails
In the unlikely event that Rinjani Trails is forced to cancel or modify your trek due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or other emergencies, we will offer you the option to reschedule or provide a full refund.

4. No Refunds for No Shows
Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or if you fail to attend your scheduled trek on the booked dates.

5. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

6. Special Circumstances
If you are unable to participate in your trek due to illness, injury, or other special circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation, but refunds are subject to our standard cancellation policies.
