Welcome to Rianjanitrails.com. By booking or participating in any of our tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a clear understanding of your rights and responsibilities when booking with us. These terms apply to all our services, including but not limited to trekking tours of Mount Rinjani and soft walks around Lombok.

1. Booking and Payment
   To secure a booking with Rianjanitrails.com, a deposit or full payment is required, depending on the tour package. Payments can be made via the designated payment methods available on our website. Once payment is confirmed, a booking confirmation will be sent to the customer. All bookings are subject to availability.

2. Cancellation and Refunds
   If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please notify us at least 7 days before the tour departure date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour will result in a 50% refund of the total booking amount. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure or for no-show guests. We reserve the right to cancel a tour in case of unforeseen circumstances or extreme weather conditions, with a full refund provided.

3. Health and Fitness Requirements
   Our tours, including Rinjani trekking and soft walks around Lombok, involve physical activity. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they are in adequate health and physical condition for the tour. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please inform us before booking. We recommend visiting a doctor for advice if you’re unsure about your fitness for trekking or other activities. Our guides reserve the right to refuse participation in the tour if, in their professional judgment, a participant’s health or fitness may pose a safety risk.

4. Liability and Safety
   Rianjanitrails.com will provide experienced, certified guides for all tours, but participation is at your own risk. While we prioritize safety, we are not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss of personal belongings, or damages occurring during the tour. We advise all participants to have adequate travel insurance that covers trekking and outdoor activities in Lombok.

5. Weather and Force Majeure
   We are committed to providing the best experience possible, but our tours are subject to weather conditions. If conditions are deemed unsafe by our guides, tours may be postponed or canceled for safety reasons. We are not liable for any additional costs or inconvenience caused by such changes. In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, political instability, etc.), we are not liable for any cancellations or delays beyond our control.

6. Conduct and Behavior
   Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other trekkers, guides, and the local communities they encounter during their journey. Rianjanitrails.com reserves the right to remove participants from the tour if their conduct is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or dangerous to themselves or others. No refund will be issued in such cases.

7. Personal Belongings
   Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings during the tour. Rianjanitrails.com is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. We recommend you carry only essential items and keep valuables in a safe place.

8. Photos and Media
   By participating in our tours, you consent to having your image or likeness captured in photographs or video, which may be used for promotional purposes by Rianjanitrails.com, unless you inform us in writing that you do not wish for your image to be used.

9. Amendments to Terms
   Rianjanitrails.com reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after any such change will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
